How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders above R1000. For orders less than R1000 a standard shipping fee of R99 will be charged.
How long will my order take?
For items in stock:
When you place your order, we'll package it (1-2 days) and deliver it via local couriers to your door (2-3 days delivery time to main cities).
For items not in stock:
Items not in stock, shipping times can take 5-10 days.

Will my order be delivered to my door?
Yes! Our courier service works to deliver your package as soon as possible with the least amount of effort on your behalf straight to your door.
How does the delivery process work?
After you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second e-mail will contain the tracking information and instructions on how to track your package.

The total time includes the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it.
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.
It normally takes us between 1-2 business days to process an order depending on the product ordered and chosen payment method. If you order over the weekends, we will do our best to process it as soon as possible.
What does processing time mean?
The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from the warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. Shipping will on average take between 1-2 business days processing time and 2-3 days delivery to main cities.
If for whatever reason we are delayed in delivering your parcel we will keep you updated and will see it to it that the product is delivered asap.
